Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized strategies to drive customer growth and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion.
  • Analyze customer data to inform business decisions and optimize processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in customer success, professional services, or consulting roles.
  • 5+ years working with Fortune 1000 customers in a similar capacity.
  • Prior experience with B2B SaaS solutions and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
