Sales Leadership Position

Odeko seeks a seasoned Sales Leader to drive revenue growth in the Dallas market. As a Market Manager, you will leverage your expertise in sales and customer relationships to expand our presence in the specialty coffee industry.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and relationship expansion
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless experiences
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies based on data-driven insights
- Foster strong partnerships with independent coffee shop owners and onboard them to Odeko's local supply delivery service
- Collaborate with Operations and Support teams to resolve operational issues
- Manage the customer relationship lifecycle, focusing on retention and expansion
- 2+ years of experience in sales/account management/business development or local coffee community leadership
- Proven track record of discovering and closing sales opportunities and building strong client relationships
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage a pipeline to achieve revenue targets and deliver client-focused solutions
- Passion for coffee and small business; a background in coffee is an asset
- Estimated annual salary range: $90,000 - $95,000
