Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at King of Prussia Nursing & Rehab. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to our residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans of care for residents and patients
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and counseling to residents, patients, and families on nutrition-related topics
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nutrition assessments and interventions
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a consulting dietitian
  • Geriatric experience preferred
