Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at King of Prussia Nursing & Rehab in King of Prussia, PA. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nutrition care to our residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans of care for residents and patients
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional interventions
  • Provide education and support to residents, patients, and their families on nutrition-related topics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or licensed dietitian, as required by the state of employment
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a consulting dietitian preferred
  • Experience working with geriatric populations a plus
