We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at The Springs at Lafayette.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include developing personalized care plans, advocating for resident needs, and responding to emergencies with confidence.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Requirements
  • A Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
  • A valid RN state license and CPR certification
  • Experience in all aspects of nursing and how RNs practice medicine
  • Knowledge about laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to long-term care
