Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Create personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.
  • Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring we go above and beyond for them every single day.
  • Develop and implement effective medication management systems.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Requirements
  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
  • A valid RN state license and CPR certification.
  • Experience in all aspects of nursing and medical practice.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
