**About the Role**

Concierge Home Care is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in Ft. Myers, FL. As a Home Health Speech Therapist, you will administer speech therapy to patients in their place of residence on an intermittent basis.

**Responsibilities**

* Administer speech therapy to patients in their homes, following physician orders and plan of care under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and work with individuals and caregivers to build goals-focused treatment plans
* Collaborate with the clinical team to provide comprehensive care

**Requirements**

* Currently licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state(s) in which practicing
* Two (2) years of experience, preferred
