Manufacturing Systems Specialist

**Job Summary**
Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostic analyses to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with process operators to ensure seamless production operations and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Assist in the development and implementation of plant safety programs and policies.
- Participate in plant projects as needed and demonstrate project management skills.
- Maintain facilities and grounds in a clean, well-kept, and efficient operating manner.
- Support all company safety, health, environmental, and quality programs and policies.
**Requirements**
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Technical degree or certification in a related mechanical field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance operations.
- Industrial or process maintenance experience required.
- Expertise in mechanical, piping, welding, and hydraulics.
- Strong communication, organizational, time-management, and troubleshooting skills.
