Role: We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to work on-site in the Dallas / DFW region.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will utilize your HVAC expertise to troubleshoot, diagnose, and service a diverse range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Your daily tasks will include:
  • Conducting both scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and service requests.
  • Starting up and commissioning Trane controls and HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC units, including split systems, package units, and chillers, along with associated components like pumps and cooling towers.
  • Optimizing building control systems for enhanced efficiency.
  • Executing replacements and modifications of HVAC systems as required.
Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using handheld devices.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • EPA Certification is preferred.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and overtime as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $38, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
