Lead Customer Service Representative

Circle K Warm Springs Rd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading a team of Customer Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve customer issues on shift
  • Provide training assistance to new Customer Service Representatives
  • Perform shift supervision and ensure a smooth operation of the store
  • Complete all store merchandise build-to's and ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Complete a grocery order and delivery, and receive and verify vendor deliveries
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
