Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned professional with experience in high-volume, casual dining restaurants. As our Kitchen Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing the preparation, presentation, and execution of all menu items. You'll work closely with our culinary team to ensure that every dish meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items
  • Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented in a visually appealing manner
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Monitor inventory and ordering to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized, and that all equipment is in good working order
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume, casual dining restaurant
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
