Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to Food and Beverage teams in the assigned region.
  • Partner with the VP of Operations to develop new ideas, systems, and menu concepts to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with F&B Directors and Executive Chefs to ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
  • Conduct property-level audits and provide feedback to teams to drive improvement.
  • Develop and implement F&B initiatives and programs to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong sense of character, integrity, and quality to enhance the growth and profitability of F&B operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Food and Beverage operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Multi-unit restaurant or property leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality software management systems.
  • Working knowledge of POS systems and back-office reporting systems.
  • Experience with profitability analysis and budgeting.
