Job Title: Compensation and Pension Exam Practitioner Lead
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Neurologist or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to lead our team of practitioners in performing Compensation & Pension Exams (C&P) for our military Veterans at various sites across the USA.
Job Description:
- Length: 6-12 months with option to extend
- Start Date: ASAP quick credentialing to train/onboard
- Hours: 3 days/week, TH/F2F Hybrid schedule
- Location: Norfolk, VA
- Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of practitioners in conducting Compensation & Pension Exams (C&P)
- Oversee the evaluation process to ensure high-quality results
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective workflows
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitations (PM&R) or Neurology
- Board Certified/Eligible (BC/BE) in Specialty
- Active license to practice medicine in the USA
- Proven leadership and management skills
