Job Description

This full-time leasing professional position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a multi-family residential community in the Roseville, CA area. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service with great problem-resolution skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a good understanding of basic computer operations and internet programs
• A high-energy person with an infectious personality who thrives in the customer service industry
• Passionate about leasing and enjoys helping people find a home
• Excellent sales skills and strong communication abilities to generate leases and leads
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Experience with outreach marketing and proficiency in word processing, property management applications, and leasing management programs
