About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to work as a Residential Behavior Specialist in our MAPLE-CGH program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing behavioral support and guidance to our youth, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior analytic teaching procedures to maximize youth skills and independence
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure skills generalize to other environments and activities
  • Provide instruction to youth through intensive intervention and support
  • Document and maintain records of behavioral and skill-acquisition data
  • Participate in regular clinical and team meetings to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED certification
  • Successful completion of Direct Support Professional training within 120 days of hire
  • Registered Behavior Tech (RBT) training and certification within 90 days of hire
  • Experience using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) preferred
  • Valid IL driver's license and ability to transport children
