  • Develop and execute business cases, ROI, and feasibility studies.
  • Create a scalable product delivery function across the organization.
  • Evolve and drive the large-scale planning process, standards, and forums.
  • Spearhead complex, strategic launches across 50+ US-based branch locations and Atlanta-based branch support center.
  • Develop and rollout a full lifecycle playbook, including prioritization, planning, and go-to-market launch readiness.
  • Actively identify and lead special projects across the organization.
  • Collaborate with key functional partners, including Branch Sale & Operations, Technology, Program Management Office, Finance, HR, and other support teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in end-to-end project management of large ERP programs.
  • Familiarity with Security, Controls, and Audit Requirements for public companies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with business units and security teams.
Compensation:

$60-$80 per hour, with benefit packages including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
