About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate to join our team at Floor Coverings International of Winter Garden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects and provide expert advice on design and installation options.
  • Sales System: Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software to streamline the sales process and ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries, providing timely and effective responses to client needs.
  • Installation Coordination: Coordinate installation schedules and communication with the Office Manager to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with the Install Manager to resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Drive and Determination: Demonstrate a strong competitive drive, with a willingness to exceed sales targets and achieve exceptional results.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Earning Potential: Expect an average of $60,000-$80,000+, with top performers earning over $100,000.
