Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Infusion Services team at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective coordination of care with other healthcare team members.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team, ensuring seamless transitions.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire required.
- Previous experience in Oncology or Infusion Services preferred.
- Chemotherapy Certification preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, professional communication skills, and teamwork required.
