We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Infusion Services team at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective coordination of care with other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record patient condition, communicating relevant information to the healthcare team as needed.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire required.
- Previous experience in Oncology or Infusion Services preferred.
- Chemotherapy Certification preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
