We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a key member of our Surgical Nursing Unit, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Assess and document patient condition, communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement discharge plans to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
