Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Trauma ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA or ARC
  • Graduate of a certified School of Nursing with a minimum of 276 clinical hours
  • Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice
