About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Care team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, patient-centered care to patients in the ambulatory setting
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Assess and manage patient needs, including delegation to and supervision of non-professional clinical and support staff
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Participate in quality and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • At least two years of nursing experience, preferably in ambulatory or primary care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Epic
