About the role of Accredited Practical Nurse at Buffalo Center:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Buffalo Center, a 200-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Buffalo, New York. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained at all times.

Key responsibilities include collecting information from new residents, recording health details, administering medications, treating wounds and bedsores, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants. You will also be responsible for helping residents with personal hygiene, monitoring their food and liquid intake, and working as part of a team to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents.

Requirements for the role include a valid NY State LPN license, being in good standing with the State Registry, and the ability to work as a team member.
