Key Responsibilities:

  • General cleaning tasks, including dusting, wiping, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Detail cleaning tasks, such as cleaning corners and edges, door jambs, and hard-to-reach surfaces
  • Interacting positively with employees in the assigned area on a regular basis
  • Encouraging, redirecting, correcting, and documenting employee performance as needed
  • Aiding coworkers as necessary to meet customer demands and timelines
  • Coordinating the cleaning of restricted access areas
  • Training employees in specialized areas and documenting training

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license with a clean MVR
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Customer-oriented and friendly

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Some experience with performing administrative tasks is required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to repeat the same movements
  • Frequent bending and twisting
  • Able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
