The role of Market Director requires implementing corporate policies and programs to achieve maximum sales and recruiting volume within assigned sales organization; tailoring corporate strategies to fit local markets and developing growth plans.
This involves leveraging Aflac Headquarters (HQ) resources to identify and address performance gaps within the assigned sales organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate the field force to consistently and effectively deliver and exceed Aflac revenue and performance objectives.
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 and an array of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, prescription drug coverage, health care flexible spending, dependent care flexible spending, Aflac supplemental policies (Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity offered at no costs to employee), 401(k) plans, annual bonuses, and an opportunity to purchase company stock.
