The role of Market Director requires implementing corporate policies and programs to achieve maximum sales and recruiting volume within assigned sales organization; tailoring corporate strategies to fit local markets and developing growth plans.

This involves leveraging Aflac Headquarters (HQ) resources to identify and address performance gaps within the assigned sales organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate the field force to consistently and effectively deliver and exceed Aflac revenue and performance objectives.
