The Senior Analyst - Sales Compensation Strategy & Analytics plays a pivotal role in driving analytics and insights for incentive compensation plans across the business. This individual will analyze effectiveness, benchmark industry best practices, and recommend adjustments to drive ServiceTitan's sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously analyze the effectiveness of incentive compensation plans in achieving ServiceTitan's strategy and recommend adjustments when necessary.
  • Research industry best practices across B2B SaaS and adjacencies to ensure ServiceTitan is at the cutting edge of incentive compensation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve ServiceTitan's incentive compensation strategy at the segment level.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years of work experience in high-growth tech companies and/or management consulting.
  • Functional experience in Sales/incentive compensation, RevOps and/or FP&A.
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Comfort with analyzing data at scale and presenting findings.
  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication and collaboration.
