Job Title: BUILDER SMS Administrator

The Building People is seeking a highly skilled BUILDER SMS Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical assessment of BUILDER assessment data on behalf of our Government clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assessment of BUILDER assessment data, including data analysis and report generation.
  • Perform quality assessment of captured field assessment data, ensuring continuity, quality control, cost, and repair analysis.
  • Maintain quality control continuity to apply consistent measurable condition status across multiple buildings and sites.
  • Develop and lead training to Government personnel on new releases or enhancements.
  • Work on deliverables including requirements capturing, training guides, design documents, and training videos.
Requirements:
  • At least five (5) years of experience with BUILDER SMS field assessment support services.
  • Experience working within a Federal Government contract for technical services delivery.
  • Experience with using Confluence, Jira, Sharepoint, Kanban, and other industry tools.
  • Experience with SAFe/Agile and SCRUM delivery methodology.
  • Current Top Secret clearance.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Additional Requirements:
  • Advanced communication skills with experience in executive level presentations.
  • Ability to operate independently and work well in a team-oriented, IPD (Integrated Project) delivery model.
  • Self-motivated and desire to always deliver with excellence.
  • Organized with the ability to multitask.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov't security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening.
