Job Summary:

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Fairfax, VA. As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work under the mentorship of experienced professionals in the field, providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders
  • Work under the mentorship of experienced Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address communication disorders
  • Provide therapy services to students in a school setting

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from a Speech-Language Pathology Program
  • Experience working with children and/or adults with speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
