Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and help them unlock their full communication potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tests and clinical observations to identify the unique speech and language needs of students.
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans that address a wide range of communication challenges, including articulation, fluency, and social communication.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and fellow specialists to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
  • Track student progress meticulously and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a Virginia State SLP license.
  • Certification: ASHA certification is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Experience: School-based experience is beneficial, but passion and dedication are what truly matter.
