Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Lincolnton, NC. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with both children and adults to evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing deficits.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' goals

• Collaborate with other disciplines in the clinic to provide comprehensive care

• Identify and address any barriers to communication and swallowing

• Maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress

Requirements:

• Valid NC license in Speech-Language Pathology

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Pediatric experience preferred
