Job Overview

The Reservations Sales & Marketing Agent plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests by addressing inquiries with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently managing incoming calls and directing them as necessary.
  • Maximizing sales opportunities for room, dining, and entertainment reservations.
  • Accurately inputting reservations into the designated computer systems.
  • Providing callers with necessary confirmation details.
  • Communicating the luxury standards of the Wynn/Encore brand, sharing insights about the property and its offerings.
  • Listening attentively and documenting information accurately during calls.
  • Assisting with reservations for amenities such as golf, spa, salon, and nightlife experiences.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Compliance with all standards, policies, and procedures set forth by Wynn Las Vegas and the department.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs.
  • Fluent and professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Able to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required licensing or work cards for this position.
