About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team at MSPbots.ai. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive growth through our channel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with partners to create effective go-to-market strategies and business plans aligned with company goals.
  • Sales Enablement: Deliver training, tools, and resources to empower partners to effectively sell our SaaS product/service.
  • Partner Performance Management: Monitor partner performance, analyze sales metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Drive partner-generated revenue by identifying new opportunities and supporting deal negotiations.

About You

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in channel management, sales, or business development. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the SaaS or technology industry and possess excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

Benefits and Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including scaling commission, 401k, health insurance, and remote work opportunities.
