Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and committed Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a professional with a solid accounting background eager to contribute significantly to a flourishing industry.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a passion for numbers, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate processing of month-end journal entries.
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, ensuring compliance with all financial reporting timelines.
  • Conducting income statement analysis and supplying pertinent financial information to management.
  • Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or inquiries.
  • Supporting the formulation and execution of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Working alongside the finance team to enhance financial processes.

Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting capacity, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong grasp of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, along with familiarity with accounting software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • CPA or CMA certification is advantageous.
