Product Manager, Mobile Apps

CoStar Realty Information, Inc. is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. As a Product Manager, Mobile Apps, you will play a critical role in driving the development and strategy of our mobile and tablet applications across iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver the product roadmap for the Mobile App
  • Drive feature development from start to finish in a fast-paced Agile software development environment
  • Work closely with user experience design, engineering, and quality assurance to strategize, plan, and deliver product features
  • Influence the product roadmap for the product area that you manage
  • Use data to inform product opportunities and evaluate results to define further enhancements
  • Spend time with customers to validate product feature ideas and help inform the product roadmap and strategy
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry-leading products and solutions
  • 2+ years' experience managing the development of digital content products for native iOS & Android apps
  • Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching products/functionality enhancements to meet customer needs
  • Collaborated with development resources to prioritize features in an agile-scrum process
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience creating wireframes & mock-ups to visually convey and inspire product ideas
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • 5+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry-leading products and solutions
  • 3+ years' experience managing the development of digital content products for native iOS & Android apps
  • Residential Real Estate domain knowledge
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and Mobile Measurement Partners
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $102,000 - $159,000 based on relevant skills and experience, as well as a generous benefits package, including comprehensive healthcare coverage, life insurance, and a 401(K) retirement plan with matching contributions. We also offer a hybrid schedule option with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
