Job Summary
Round Rock Dentists is seeking a skilled Dental Care Professional to join our team. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists in gaining patient commitment to optimal treatment
- Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by focusing patients on optimal treatment
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment
- Prepare patients for treatment and assist doctors
- Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed
- Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
Qualifications
- Equivalent to high school diploma or GED, and specified training courses
- Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by state
- Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school
