Urgent Care for Kids by Goodside Health is a leading provider of pediatric urgent care services, with 13 clinic locations across Texas. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families in a compassionate and efficient manner.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team at our Cedar Park office. As a key member of our urgent care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare providers, and contributing to the smooth operation of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage patients upon arrival and communicate with the provider to ensure seamless care
  • Document patient information and summarize visits in our electronic medical records system
  • Assist providers with procedures, patient care, and administrative tasks
  • Provide patient education and answer questions to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Perform front office duties, including insurance verification, patient registration, and phone support
Requirements
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Experience in a pediatric office, hospital, or urgent care setting within the past 3 years
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA) or LVN - TX License
  • BLS certification required
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and basic clinical procedures

Work Environment

Our Cedar Park office is open Monday - Friday from 12:00pm - 9:00pm and Saturday/Sunday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
