Chief of Staff Opportunity

Grow your career as a Chief of Staff with a leading global bank in Tampa, FL. This contract role offers a strong possibility of extension and requires working a hybrid schedule, with 2-3 days onsite per week.

As a Chief of Staff, you will gain a detailed understanding of the company's approach to planning, budgeting, prioritization, execution, and reporting of Technology BoW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the oversight of the business unit's technology book of work (investments and work efforts), including working with various internal clients and technology teams to identify and prioritize technology investments, and providing ongoing reporting into financial statuses and accomplishments of these investments/work efforts.
  • Develop analyses, compelling presentations, and meeting materials that will move stakeholders to action. Stakeholders can include senior internal clients.
  • Provide support in preparing materials and drive any necessary forums, such as providing support in program-related communication and analytics activities.
  • Develop process documentation, guidance, and organize additional training as required.
  • Write guidance documents and develop proposals, obtain stakeholder buy-in to move towards execution.
  • Prepare stakeholder updates and reporting.
  • Document clear takeaways or actions.
  • Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/University degree.
  • 5 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology specifically in Chief of Staff, Technology Budget/Financial Planning, Governance, and Reporting.
  • Very comfortable working with large amounts of financial data.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills, e.g., has developed analysis and presentations that have been presented to management with minimal edits required.
Desired Skills
  • Master's degree.
