Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, providing personalized service, and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.

• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with guests, build relationships, and understand their needs to provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business results.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and services to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.
• Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as needed to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
