Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare event spaces for guests, including cleaning and reporting any issues to supervisors.
  • Welcome guests with a smile and provide helpful assistance during events.
  • Scan event tickets to ensure accurate entry and assist guests in locating their seats.
  • Monitor event areas for potential hazards and respond promptly to guest concerns.
  • Enforce building policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for all guests.
  • Manage crowd flow and be knowledgeable about arena emergency evacuation procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality or entertainment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
