Hospice Care Professional

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate with healthcare teams, and work collaboratively with patients and families to ensure seamless transitions.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring up to 50% travel. Our ideal candidate has experience in direct patient care, particularly with life-limiting illnesses. You will be responsible for delivering patient care, conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and educating patients and their families.

Requirements
  • A Diploma or associate degree in nursing is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • A current, active, and unrestricted compact (multistate) license as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
  • Current CPR required; CHPN preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year related experience for inpatient units (IPU) and 2 years for other nursing positions.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000, based on industry standards and regional factors.
