In this role, you will be responsible for providing care to approximately 12-20 outpatients daily, with the potential for up to 25% travel required to Community Based Outpatient Clinic locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population of Veterans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
