We are seeking a skilled Cook to prepare and cook high-quality seafood dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to our recipes and standards of quality
  • Keep the kitchen area clean and organized at all times
  • Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Work with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
  • Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of seafood preparation and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an upscale casual restaurant environment
  • Knowledge of seafood sustainability practices
