Key Responsibilities:
- Food Quality Control: Ensure that all food served meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Scheduling and Staff Management: Create and manage schedules for culinary staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.
- Inventory Management: Order and receive ingredients and supplies, conduct monthly inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in all food production areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive experience in our food production outlets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our food production outlets.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
- Certifications: ServSafe certification required.
