Qualifications:

  • A genuine desire to support patients and families, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or a related field. Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or ministerial services is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or hospice environment is required. Experience in family counseling concerning loss, grief, death, and dying is essential.
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation. Capability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs while effectively managing the weight of an average adult.
