Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Welcome clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Document Management: Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Education and Advice: Educate and advise clients regarding our services and practices, providing clear and concise information to ensure informed decision-making.
- Scheduling and Admissions: Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times.
- Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, and emailing, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a veterinary hospital setting, or extensive client service background without veterinary experience.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, verbal and written; organizational skills; proactive thinking and a positive attitude are essential.
- Abilities: Ability to multi-task in a chaotic environment with competing needs, answer multiple phone calls efficiently and politely, and work in a highly collaborative environment.
