  • Team Oversight: Supervise a team of five quality professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Experience Requirements: Proven experience in Quality Management, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Documentation Expertise: Familiarity with IATF16949 documentation processes, particularly PPAPs, is essential.
  • Corrective Action and Team Building: Demonstrated experience in developing corrective action plans and building effective teams.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor of Science degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
