About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
  • Float to various clinics during and after training
  • Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience is a plus
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus
