  7. Conduct currency transports in compliance with gaming protocols.
  8. Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  9. Utilize two-way radios for communication with fellow security personnel, adhering to established codes.
  10. Provide prompt, fair, and consistent resolutions to customer inquiries.
  11. Protect property assets diligently.
  12. Respond to First Aid situations and administer CPR as necessary.
  13. Comply with all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program, including Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements.
  14. Ensure the integrity of gambling, banking, count room, and cash handling procedures.
  15. Handle confidential information, reports, incidents, and materials with care.
  16. Facilitate effective communication within the department, ensuring that team members are informed.
  17. Keep senior management informed of pertinent information for efficient business operations.
  18. Resolve issues within the scope of authority and recommend actions for those beyond it to the supervisor.
  19. Keep the supervisor updated on relevant activities.
  20. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Regulatory and Compliance Duties:
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, all team members are expected to adhere to the following compliance-related duties:
  • Attend mandatory training sessions provided by the company.
  • Obtain and maintain necessary licenses.
  • Execute duties in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Ensure minors are prohibited from gambling or loitering in gaming areas, consuming alcoholic beverages, or purchasing tobacco.
  • Possess knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relevant to the department.
  • Be familiar with the property's programs addressing problem gaming.
  • Report any observed misconduct.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Formal training or certification in security or law enforcement is necessary; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal training. Other combinations of education and experience may also be acceptable. Candidates must be able to articulate and communicate effectively. The role may involve exposure to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels, and varying light conditions, including flashing lights.

Licenses and Certifications:
Virginia Racing Commission License is required.
