Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Low Voltage Systems Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to join our team. This role involves hands-on installation and maintenance of security systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Low Voltage Systems Technician, your daily tasks will include:

  1. Installing and configuring security systems, including burglar alarms, CCTV (both IP and analog), DVRs, and access control systems.
  2. Setting up window break sensors, door units, and smoke detectors.
  3. Troubleshooting signal issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  4. Engaging with customers on-site, providing excellent service and support.
  5. Testing and verifying equipment signals to confirm functionality.
  6. Educating customers on system usage and addressing any inquiries they may have.
