Key Responsibilities
  • Guest contact for meetings and events
  • Ensure all event details are accurate and communicated to guests
  • Coordinate event set-up and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Book guest reservations and coordinate with the reservation center
  • Register guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner, using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates
  • Handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity
  • Answer and route calls as appropriate, taking guest messages with accuracy
  • Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner and take appropriate action
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry
